Mr. Li Libin focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, compliance risk control, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Li is good at handling legal issues such as designing corporate equity structure, corporate governance structure, and corporate compliance operation. Mr. Li has provided legal services for a number of domestic M&A and compliance projects of a Hong Kong listed company, including but not limited to due diligence, financial compliance and other legal services. Mr. Li has extensive project experience in structuring private equity projects, applying for government approval, organizing legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, participating in project negotiations, and handling legal issues involved in daily operation and management.
