Qiang LI
Mr. Li Qiang graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor's degree in law in 1996 and was the managing partner and head of the bankruptcy and liquidation department of a law firm in Jiangsu before joining Zhong Lun. Mr. Li Qiang has long been engaged in bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate and dispute resolution legal services, and currently serves as the legal counsel of Yixing Municipal People's Government and the legal counsel of Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce (Chamber of Commerce), and has rich practical experience in the field of enterprise bankruptcy and restructuring, real estate mergers and acquisitions and legal counsel, and the projects undertaken have been recognized and commended by relevant departments for many times.
