Hongjiao LIU
Mr. Liu has practiced as a lawyer since 2004 with working experience in both China's mainland and Hong Kong, covering M&A, VC and PE investment, onshore and offshore securities issuance, banking, trust and fund management, ABS and REITs, as well as commercial dispute resolution. He has accumulated ample experience in legal matters relating to these areas and has been providing legal service to numerous clients such as large business groups, investment firms, public listed and non-public listed companies and financial institutions for many years.
