Ms. Xiaoli Liu has dedicated herself to the asset securitization legal services market since 2008. She has extensive experience in and profound understanding of the issuance, duration management, and liquidation of various types of credit asset securitization, including personal residential mortgage loans, personal consumer loans, credit card receivables, retail auto loans, corporate loans, financial leasing assets, non-performing assets, and so on. Her expertise also covers business asset securitization on securities exchanges and in the interbank bond market, and she is experienced in securitization of various transaction models and underlying assets, winning the trust of clients through her meticulous attention to details and dedicated professionalism in delivering legal services. Ms. Liu also contributes to the improvement of the infrastructure and environment of China's asset securitization market by providing advice to industry associations and organizations, actively participating in the industry communications, as well as sharing of professional insights.
