Ms. Li is experienced in civil and commercial dispute resolution, with a focus on real estate, construction, finance, and general civil and commercial cases. She has a profound understanding of legal principles, as evidenced most notably by her continued research in China's Civil Procedure Law and Real Estate Law. Ms. Li has participated in the formulation of the Interpretations of the Supreme People's Court on Application of the “Civil Procedural Law of the People's Republic of China” and the drafting of regulatory documents of Beijing High People's Court on the lawsuit brought by a third party to revoke a judgement, decision, or mediation by a court.
