Xin ZHANG
Zhang Xin has been working as a lawyer since 2012, and has extensive project experience in assisting start-up companies from establishing corporate governance and equity incentive structures, equity financing to later restructuring and listing. In the field of venture capital, Zhang Xin represents a number of VC funds in their investments in biomedicine, education and consumer industries, and has been widely recognized by clients in terms of service quality, responsiveness, understanding of business demands and facilitating transactions. She once served as the head of compliance and risk control and the chief operating officer of an investment manager managing onshore and offshore funds.
