Louis PE

Louis has been practicing since 1989, he specializes in real estate. In his over 30 years of practice, Louis has accumulated immense experience representing property developers, enterprises and private clients from Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland on a variety of real estate related matters.

Louis specializes in urban renewal projects, development of New Territories lands, pre-sale of uncompleted developments, partitioning of commercial arcades, leasing of office blocks, commercial arcade and industrial buildings, and estate management issues.

In addition to his real estate experience, Louis also frequently represents local and the Chinese mainland corporations and private clients on litigious matters involving landed property such as land boundary disputes, adverse possession claims, mortgage enforcement, estate management and tenancy disputes.

Louis has been representing the firm in the respective panels of solicitors’ firms of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society.
