He has provided legal services for the entire process from issuance to post-investment management and exit of many REITs, CMBS, property management fee ABS, property mortgage balance ABS, CMBN, consolidated ABN, MTN, PPN, corporate bonds, and overseas bond products, and assisted famous trust institutions such as Huaneng Trust, CITIC Trust, Zhongrong Trust, and China Resources Trust in setting up trust products for outbound investment in various projects.
