Mr. Mark Wang specializes in cross-border real estate M&A, financing, hospitality management, and foreign direct investment.

Mr. Wang is adept at handling complex cross-border financing and M&A transactions. He is familiar with the commercial logic in complex transactions and capable of providing comprehensive legal services for domestic and foreign investors and enterprises in real estate M&A, financing, debt restructuring, leasing, and daily business operations. He is well-versed in PRC commercial laws and government filing procedures. He provides clients with full-process legal services in numerous cross-border financing and M&A transactions in stages of initial negotiation, legal due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, closing, and post-closing operations. The assets and target companies involved in the projects he has handled are spread all over the country.

In the real estate M&A area, Mr. Wang has been providing long-term legal services to major real estate developers and investors, including Metro Holdings, CapitaLand, Tishman Speyer, GLP, GuocoLand, CBREIM, Blackstone, Abrdn, Jinjiang International, Proprium Capital Partners, etc.

Mr. Wang has extensive experience in debt investment, debt restructuring and cross-border security arrangements. He provides legal services to international investment funds including Oaktree Capital, OCP Asia, Bentall Green Oak, InfraRed Capital Partners, PAG, and Asia Green Real Estate in structured financing, M&A financing, real estate financing, security financing, etc. He has represented investors in handling several significant group debt restructuring projects as well.

Mr. Wang also possesses a wealth of legal expertise in asset management, property leasing, hospitality management, and property renovation for various types of properties, including commercial, office, residential, hospitality, etc.
