Mark ZHANG

Mr. Zhang's main practice areas are Private Equity & Investment Funds, Cross-border Investment/M&A, Hong Kong & Overseas Capital Markets. He represents Asia's top private equity funds, asset managers, multinational groups, financial institutions, state-owned enterprises and listed companies, as well as family offices and startups, for the formation of and investment in more than 100 investment funds. He also has extensive experience in real-estate project financing, cross-border M&A transactions, cross-border corporate finance, leveraged buyouts and regulatory compliance in multi-jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, BVI, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, and China.

  • Advising Cinda on the corporate finance transactions in connection with HNA Group’s acquiring the Gategroup for a consideration of more than RMB 10 billion
