• Represented Lenovo Group to respond to a lawsuit over a contract dispute filed by Tian Yin Communication Co., Ltd., where the opposing party sought damages of CNY 195,000,000, of which merely CNY 8,000,000 was awarded by the Supreme People's Court in the second instance

• Represented Lenovo (Shanghai) Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. in its contract dispute against Nanjing Jun Zhao Computer Technology Co., Ltd.

• Represented Lenovo (Beijing) Co. in response to a lawsuit involving a dispute over a computer software copyright license contract filed by Xi'an Sanming Technology Co., where the court of first instance dismissed the opposing party's claims in full and upheld all of our counterclaims, and in the second instance, the Supreme People's Court upheld the first instance judgement in nearly all aspects
