Peter NI
Mr. Peter Ni is a senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Before joining Zhong Lun, he led White & Case's Greater China tax practice and International Tax Practice of Ernst & Young China.
Peter has close to 30 years of experience in providing international tax and legal services to companies and individuals that have cross-border needs, including 9 years in the US. Trained as a lawyer, he is able to provide tax advisory, planning and dispute resolution services in the proper legal context. In addition to tax, Peter provides wealth planning services by using such tools as trust, family office, will, marital agreement, and family constitution.
