Minhui JI

Mr. Ji graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law and was qualified as a lawyer in 2012, specializing in domestic dispute resolution business. Mr. Ji has rich experience in litigation, arbitration and risk control compliance in the fields of corporate internal governance, equity investment, financial investment, real estate, various contract disputes, bankruptcy liquidation/reorganization, etc. In the field of litigation and arbitration, Mr. Ji has sponsored or participated in the handling of a large number of civil and commercial cases, many of which involve the Supreme People's Court, higher/intermediate people's courts in many places, various special courts, SHIAC, SHAC and other major cases.   • Acted for a large state-owned enterprise in dealing with disputes involving import and export of foreign trade goods purchase and sale contracts and storage contracts
