Representative Matters
Provided full legal services for Langji Real Estate's acquisition of eight real estate projects from Peking University Resources, with a total amount involved of approximately 1.6 billion yuan;
Provide legal services for the transfer of equity and debt of Weiliang Electromechanical Market project by Zhejiang Provincial Direct Tongren Group;
Provide legal due diligence/full legal services for the acquisition of Anji Wancheng Real Estate Equity Project, Hangzhou City Garden Hotel Equity Project, Ningbo Xinxing Science and Technology Innovation Equity and Debt Project, Suzhou Huaqiang Real Estate Equity Project, Fuzhou Taihe Yongsheng Real Estate Equity Project, etc. by Hangzhou Urban Construction Development Group;
Provide legal due diligence/full legal services for the acquisition of Hangzhou Spring Property Equity Project, Hangzhou Shenrui Logistics Equity Project, Hangzhou Jiali Investment Equity Project, etc. by Binjiang Real Estate Group;
Acting as an agent for a real estate company in Taizhou to arbitrate disputes over construction land transfer contracts with the Land and Resources Bureau and Management Committee, as well as to apply for the revocation of arbitration awards, all of which were successful, and helped clients recover economic losses of over 1 billion yuan;
A series of disputes involving a real estate company in Taizhou and the Taizhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau's failure to fulfill their legal responsibilities for real estate registration were resolved through mediation in the first instance and the second instance. The case involved approximately 30000 square meters of real estate and ultimately successfully obtained the real estate ownership certificate；
The case of a real estate company in Hangzhou failing to fulfill its legal responsibilities with the Land and Resources Bureau, and the dispute over ownership confirmation between a real estate company in Hangzhou and the property committee, through the efforts of this case, has made the project involved the first real estate development project in Zhejiang Province to obtain real estate ownership certificates for public supporting buildings.
