With a career spanning more than 10 years in capital markets, Mr. Shen has cultivated considerable expertise in business incorporation, introducing investment, investment/M&A, equity incentive plans, share reform, listing, restructuring, and refinancing. He has advised many companies in domestic listing, NEEQ listing, major asset restructuring, and refinancing. Apart from services for projects, Mr. Shen also provides retainer-based legal counsel to many clients. His prominent mandates include major assets replacement and backdoor listing of Shimge Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (002532.SZ) with Tianshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. as the shell corporation, which is the project with the highest value closed in 2020, and major asset replacement and major asset sale of China Green Electricity Investment of Tianjin Co., Ltd. (000537.SZ), a listed company indirectly held by China Intelligent Logistics Packaging Company, which is the first swap of a listed company’s real estate assets with new energy business in the market. Mr. Shen’s clients span industries including aluminum, manufacturing, new energy, and pharmaceuticals, and he advises well-known state-owned enterprises.
