Jamie SUN

Ms. Jamie Sun is a non-equity partner in the Corporate Business Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm Shanghai Office. She is practicing and experienced on cross-border investment/M&A, financing, debt restructuring and non-performing assets projects.
Jamie represents well-known international funds, multi-national and domestic owners, developers, investors and lenders. She is active and experienced in representing clients in all aspects of real estate transaction, real estate financing, project development, project operation and management, foreign direct invesment, etc.

Representative Matters

  • Represented Hong Kong Shanghai Alliance Holdings Limited on its various real estate related transactions and project operation, including high-end office and commercial complex in Shanghai;

  • Represented Macquarie on its various investment and acquisitions of commercial properties and logistic properties in Shanghai, Chongqing and Jiangsu, etc.; 

  • Represented Mapletree on its acquisition of various real estate projects, including office and logistics properties all over China;

  • Represent Starcrest Capital on its various real estate acquisition and disposal project, including high-end office, commercial complex and science park project in Shanghai and Shenzhen;

  • Represented PAG on its various real estate acquisition of property in Beijing and Shanghai; 

  • Represented Goldman Sachs and PAG on the joint investment in a residential project in Jiangsu; 

  • Represented the well-known Chinese Wealth Family in Thailand on its acquisition of Fortune Magazine.
