Ted HU
Yinzi “Ted” Hu has been specializing in and focusing on capital markets, M&A, and private equity investment since the beginning of his practice in 2011. He has amassed a wealth of practice experience in various types of domestic or cross-border transactions, including M&A, investment and financing, restructuring and reformation, equity incentives, securities issuance, and state-owned assets transactions. His credentials cover a wide range of industries, spanning pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy and power, real estate, urban infrastructure, industry and manufacturing, and others. Most of his clients are domestic and overseas listed companies, large state-owned enterprises, investment institutions, and innovative enterprises. Some of those transactions handled by him was lauded among Deals of the Year by China Business Law Journal, garnered IFLR1000 China Awards, or was otherwise hailed as landmark projects in relevant industry.
