Yaxiong TIAN

Mr. Yaxiong Tian's main practice areas include capital markets in China's mainland, as well as investment and M&A, corporate governance and financing business. His expertise primarily focuses on reorganization, restructuring, initial public offering, and listing of pre-listed companies, as well as M&A, restructuring, and refinancing of listed companies.

Tapping into his extensive research on the TMT industry and the legal issues faced by enterprises incubated within research institutes, Mr. Tian has provided legal services for initial public offering to clients including Hygon Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Cambricon Technologies Corporation Limited. He also possesses a keen interest on the research of policies of capital markets, investment, and financing in both China's mainland and Taiwan province. By virtue of such expertise, he has provided legal services to Changchun Engley Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., a Carve-Out subsidiary of Cayman Engley Industrial Co., Ltd. for its initial public offering of A-shares and listing on the Main Board of Shanghai Stock Exchange. In addition, Mr. Tian also specializes in the areas of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises and corporate employee incentives, and has provided related legal services to a number of companies.
