Ursula has extensive experience in fund formation and fund operation related matters, including legal structure design, fund-raising activities, compliance, transfer of interests, and liquidation and withdrawn. Ursula has been advising top tier fund managers on the formation a of varies types of private funds, asset management plans, contract-based funds and other investment vehicles. She has been representing numerous well-known investment institutions, securities companies, insurance companies, FOFs, government-guided funds, state-owned enterprises, etc.
