Ursula has extensive experience in fund formation and fund operation related matters, covering fund structuring, fundraising, compliance, transfer of interests, and liquidation and withdrawals. She regularly advises top-tier fund managers on the formation of varies types of private funds, asset management plans, contract-based funds, and other investment vehicles. Her clients also include a broad range of prominent investment institutions, securities companies, insurance companies, FOFs, government-guided funds, and state-owned enterprises.
