Feifan has extensive experience in PE/VC investment, Chinese mainland capital markets, Hong Kong & overseas capital markets, and other related areas. Her practice covers a wide diversity of industries, such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, education, and technology. She represented Tongli Risheng in its listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the listing of ZTO Express on the New York Stock Exchange, and the listing of China Gas Industry Investment on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, among others.
