Zhonglian WANG

Wang Zhonglian has very rich practical experience in intellectual property rights protection (trademark, copyright, unfair competition), trademark application and litigation and arbitration. Ms Wang has handled hundreds of various intellectual property litigation cases, not only helping many overseas brands to enter the Chinese market, but also providing intellectual property protection legal sevices for many domestic and foreign companies. Ms Wang is familiar with non-litigation services such as intellectual property solutions and intellectual property strategic deployment. Ms Wang also represents clients in business negotiations, intellectual property transactions and provides intellectual property management and construction services for enterprises. In addition, Ms Wang provides perennial legal advisory services to many state-owned/central enterprises.

1) Provide legal service to S&P Global for trademark infringement issue in China
2) Represented Roxtec AB, a famous Swedish seal manufacturer, in a series of trademark infringement upon color combinations in China and won a comprehensive victory
3) Represented Roxtec AB, a famous Swedish seal manufacturer, in the administrative litigation of the rejection of the color combination trademark in China, and successfully obtained the registration of the client's color combination trademark, which was selected as one of the "Top Ten Innovative Cases" of the Beijing Court in 2017

1) Represented TY INC, a famous US toy company, in copyright confirmation and infringement litigation in China to protect clients' interests;

3) Represented Beijing Impression Notes in a copyright infringement case and secured a settlement to protect the client's interests
4) Represented a famous UK travel product company in a series of litigation on information network distribution rights in China

1) Represented a Swedish company, TEPE, in a patent infringement case against a company in Qingdao and won the first trial
