Ms. Qiuqin Wan has nearly 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. Representative Matters

  • Represented Da Vinci Home Furnishing Co. in the administrative investigations regarding its alleged counterfeit and provided legal advice for the client's crisis management

  • Represented InterContinental Hotels Group PLC and won a retiral case before the Supreme People's Court

  • Represented an individual in a property sale contract dispute and won the appeal before the Supreme People's Court, with the case being included in the Supreme People's Court Gazette 

  • Represented a Changchun-based company in two construction project contract disputes and won the retrial cases before the Supreme People's court

  • Represented R&F Properties, a Hong Kong listed company, in a CNY 390 million urban old village reconstruction dispute against a district government in Qingdao

  • Represented Wintek Corporation in an arbitration before CIETAC regarding more than USD 11 million owed for purchasing touch LCD screens 

  • Represented Sino-Ocean in an arbitration before CIETAC regarding a CNY 285 million equity dispute involving a real estate project company in Wuhan

  • Represented a joint venture formed by CK Asset and New World and won four equity dispute cases with total underlying asset value exceeding CNY 60 billion

  • Represented Tuopai Shede in a Sino-foreign joint venture contract dispute with O-I Corporation of the United States and a lease contract dispute with Tianma Glass in arbitration before CIETAC
