• Represented a real estate development company in cases concerning administrative and civil issues with potentially hundreds of property owners, including a series of administrative disputes over non-performance of statutory duties and a series of civil cases on claims for price reductions and price differentials, securing favorable results for all of the cases and sparing the client hundreds of millions of yuan in direct losses
