Jingjin WU

Ms. Jingjin Wu focuses on cross-border investment, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate practice, and financing. She represents corporations and investors in a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border investments, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and fund formations, in the areas of energy, bioscience, transportation, real estate, healthcare, etc. In addition, Ms. Wu regularly advises clients on general corporate and compliance matters, restructuring, corporate governance issues, and offerings of equity and debt securities.

Representative Matters

  • Represented Boai NKY Medical Holdings Ltd. in its acquisition of a U.S. biotechnology company BioVision Inc. and prepared transaction analysis and the HSR antitrust filing

  • Represented Guangdong Alpha Group in its acquisition of a baby product manufacturer Baby Trend, Inc.

  • Represented Shanghai Pharmaceuticals in establishing the first Chinese medical center in the U.S. with a U.S. non-profit medical institute, Inova Health System

  • Represented Taikang Insurance Group and Taikang Healthcare Investment Holdings in a variety of collaborations with international medical and healthcare institutes

  • Represented Yeland Group in its acquisition of a wind power project in Oregon, U.S. from Sany Heavy Industry, revealed the potential risk that the transaction might be subject to CFIUS review, and protected Yeland’s interests

  • Represented leading real estate companies in the formation and raising of private equity funds for real estate development projects in the U.S. (up to USD 300 million in total)
