Lintao WU

Mr. Wu has more than 10 years' worth of extensive experience in the areas of domestic and foreign capital markets, financial products and trusts, litigation and arbitration. He is adept at handling issues relating to merger and acquisition, restructuring, and corporate governance.

In the areas of capital markets and M&A, Mr. Wu has provided legal services to multiple A-share/red-chip/H-share/S-share IPOs, compliance, refinancing of listed companies, material assets restructuring, acquisition, spin-off listing, as well as bond issuance, asset securitization, and so on. Mr. Wu has represented clients in diverse industry sectors, including new energy, pharmaceutical and health, automobile, TMT, consumer goods, fintech, financial services, high-end manufacturing, etc.

Mr. Wu has been recommended by Chambers, IFLR1000, and other international legal rating agencies for many times.
