Liyun WU

Ms. Wu started to practice law as a licensed lawyer in 2003 and her working languages include Chinese and English. She has extensive experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital, Fund Subscription and Raising, M&A and Corporate, Infrastructure and Construction. She has ever advised clients in merger and acquisition projects, construction of power plants, subscription of a limited partnership interest in RMB funds and USD funds, the RMB fund-raising, the subscription of preferred shares of various foreign companies to indirectly invest in domestic companies, the investments relating to go-private of certain companies listed in Exchanges outside China, and domestic companies’ equity financing.

Ms. Wu was a Participant of the All China Lawyers Association’s China International Legal Professionals Training Scheme in the USA for the year 2018, and a Participant of the (UK) Lord Chancellor’s Training Scheme for Chinese Lawyers for the year 2009.
Ms. Wu was awarded as one of the Leading Talents of International Legal Professionals by the All China Lawyers Association in 2012, a member of the Guangdong International Lawyers Talent Pool in 2017, and one of the Leading Talents of International Legal Professionals by the Guangzhou Lawyers Association in 2022.
