Jianhui XIE
Jianhui focuses on debt finance and debt restructuring. Jianhui has extensive experience in large scaled cross border project finance, acquisition finance, asset finance (particularly, aviation finance and ship finance), debt restructuring and bonds issue and has advised a large number of banks, leasing companies, large state-owned enterprises, listed companies and multinational companies on their debt financing transactions.
In addition, Jianhui has also advised clients on many private equity investment transactions as well as M&A transactions.
