Dinghui XU

Mr. Xu graduated from Fudan University and got lawyer license in 2004. He specializes in domestic securities business, including initial public offering, refinancing of listed companies, major asset restructuring of listed companies, equity incentive of listed companies, daily information disclosure of listed companies, and the acquisition of listed companies. Apart from the securities business, Mr. Xu also has extensive experience in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions.
