• Assisted Shandong Port Group Co., Ltd. in obtaining unconditional approvals from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its restructuring of major port operation enterprises in Shandong province.

• Assisted China Resources Snow Breweries Limited in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its acquisition of Heineken’s business in China.

• Assisted China Resources Beer (Holdings) Company Limited in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its acquisition of the equity in China Resources Snow Breweries Limited held by SABMiller for approximately USD 1.6 billion.

• Assisted COSCO Shipping Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. in multi-jurisdictional antitrust law analysis for its acquisition of 100% equity stake in five companies from Hong Kong-listed Singamas Container Holdings Limited (00716. HK).

• Assisted Shanghai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (601607.SH/2607.HK) and DHL in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding the establishment of a joint venture.

• Assisted S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its acquisition of DHL’s supply chain business in China.

• Assisted A-share listed Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (603799. SH) in obtaining unconditional approval from the PRC and South Korean anti-monopoly enforcement authorities regarding its acquisition of 100% equity stake in Tianjin B&M Science Technology Co., Ltd.

• Assisted China Merchants Expressway Network & Technology Holdings Co., Ltd. (001965.SZ) in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its merger with Huabei Expressway Co., Ltd.

• Assisted a subsidiary of Singapore’s Temasek Group and two Chinese companies in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding their establishment of a medical joint venture based in China.

• Assisted Perfect World Co., Ltd. (002624.SZ) in obtaining unconditional approval from the anti-monopoly enforcement authority regarding its acquisition of four companies including Beijing Time Antaeus Cinema Line Development Ltd.

• Advised China Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (02319.HK) on the anti-monopoly enforcement authority’s investigation on undeclared concentration with respect to its tender offer acquisition of Yashili International Holdings Ltd. (01230.HK).

• Advised a multinational chemical magnate headquartered in the U.S. on the anti-monopoly enforcement authority’s investigation on its alleged abuse of dominant market position.

• Advised an international shipping company headquartered in South Korea on the anti-monopoly enforcement authority’s investigation on its alleged illegal pricing and relevant investigation on monopoly agreements under VDA.

• Represented three PRC-based entities of Motorola Solutions in a market dominance civil action filed by Hytera Communications Corp. Ltd. and won the case.
