Ms. Ye specializes in mergers and acquisitions, disputes resolution, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, etc. She has represented a variety of multi-national corporations in their PRC projects, including i) merger and acquisition of the equity interests and assets as well as relevant financing activities, ii) domestic disputes settlement and resolutions, iii) establishment, operation and liquidation of foreign direct investments in various forms such as foreign invested enterprise.

  • Advising Continental AG, a Germany-based Fortune Top 500 enterprise and the world’s 4th largest tyre manufacturer, in its automobile division’s various operations including JVs and restructurings in China

  • Providing a full range of legal services to Lear Corporation covering its domestic investments, joint venture projects, labor related matters, contractual disputes and carrying out new projects in China

  • Representing BOCGI in its purchase and sale of a series of domestic real estate projects and providing legal advice on its holding and operating commercial comprehensive real estate projects located in Shanghai

  • Representing Decathlon SE in its multiple projects of equity investment in intelligent sports equipment manufacturers in China and providing legal advice on relevant compliance and operation matters thereafter

  • Representing a RMB fund of CNY 2 billion yuan in its multiple projects of equity investment in multiple science and technology innovative enterprises and providing legal advice on relevant operation and compliance matters thereafter

  • Providing legal services to Pfizer, one of the largest research-focused biopharmaceutical companies in general contract disputes, intellectual property infringement disputes, and labor related matters and representing Pfizer, in contract dispute resolution, infringement litigation and various labor related procedures in various cases

  • Providing legal services to a client who is engaged in consulting, construction and operation in the new energy industry for a long time, on loan agreement disputes, creditor's rights transfer, construction contract disputes, purchase contract cases, corporate control disputes and many other disputes, including participating in relevant litigation and arbitration procedures on behalf of the client, applying to the court for property preservation and enforcement, etc.
