Mr. Zhang Honglai has been working as a lawyer for more than ten years since he finished his studies in Japan. He has professional ability and rich experiences in capital market, litigation and arbitration, liquidation and bankruptcy and other legal services in mainland China, including undertaking the A+H listing project of Sinotrans Limited merger with Sinotrans Air Transportation Development Co.,Ltd., the listing project of China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited, the bailout and substantive restructuring project of Haiwei Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd. by China Great Wall Asset Management Corporation along with Jianlong Heavy Industry Group.
