Moxi ZHANG

Zhang Moxi's main buisness scope is private equity and investment funds. She has nearly 8 years' experience in this erea. She has represented private fund managers from different investment areas and with various backgrounds to set up private equity and venture capital funds. In spite of fund formation, Zhang Moxi is also experienced in investment and finance as well as corporate governance.
Zhang Moxi graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree. She then got an LL.M. degree in Vanderbilt University Law School. Zhang Moxi started to practice law from 2012. She worked at Jin Mao PRC Lawyers and Han Kun Law Offices in the area of capital market and private equity fund before she joined Zhong Lun Law Firm.
