Sheng ZHANG
Sheng Zhang, a master of law from Southwest University of Political Science & Law, is a non-equity partner of Zhonglun Law Firm. He specializes in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy business. He has more than ten years of practice experience in this field and has undertaken many important and complex cases. In the long course of practice, his role includes the administrator of bankruptcy (liquidation, reorganization, reconciliation) cases , liquidation team of compulsory liquidation cases, and special consultant of debtors, creditors, investors, etc..

Acted as the debtor’s counsel in the reorganization of Hainan Zhongzhong Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd, which is the first restructuring case in Hainan Province.
Acted as the creditor’s counsel in the reorganization of reorganization of Qinghai Investment Group Co., Ltd. and other companies, and bankruptcy of Shenzhen Jinhui Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd
