Zhiqiang ZHAO
Zhiqiang Zhao has been engaged in legal practice for many years, with broad experiences in the whole field of Chinese mainland capital markets, especially good at enterprise restructuring and listing, M&A, equity investment, refinancing of listed companies, and other capital securities legal affairs. Over the years, Zhiqiang has served more than ten clients in IPO projects and witnessed their sucessful listing. He provides professional legal service for clients from various industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing, chemical, logistics, non-ferrous metal smelting and other industries. Zhiqiang also has participated in a number of listed companies refinancing projects, such as non-public offering, convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds, public issuance, GDR issuance, and other listed companies financing projects and a number of listed companies equity incentive projects. He has participated in a number of issuance of shares to purchase assets, and major asset restructuring projects such as purchase of assets by issuing shares, cash acquisitions, and shell listing, etc. He has also participated in the preliminary due diligence and drafting of agreements for a number of fund investment projects targeting pre-IPO companies.

(2) Provided full range of legal services for the Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd.(601298.SH, 06198.HK), Rizhao Port Jurong Co., Ltd. (06117.HK), Yantai Port HOLDINGS Co., Ltd., and other relevant entities in the project of integration of port business（including integration of logistics land and warehousing land).
(3) Provided full range of legal services for the Qingdao Port International Co., Ltd.（601298.SH, 06198.HK）in the project of mergering the Weihai Port（assets including logistics land and warehousing land).
(4) Provided full range of legal services for the SINOTRANS LIMITED（601598.SH，00598.HK）in the M&A project targeting Sinotrans Air Transportation Development Co.,Ltd. (600270.SH).
(5) Provided full range of legal services for the YUNDING TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED.（000409.SZ）in the major assets restructuring (with cash payment) project.
(6) Provided full range of legal services for the Qingdao Haifa State Owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd. in the project of acquiring the controlling right of the BeiJing Jingxi Culture&Tourism Co., Ltd.
(7) Provided full range of legal services for the Gaona Aero Material Co., Ltd.（300034.SZ）in the project of purchasing the subsidary of a H-share listing company through issuing shares to public and raising fund.
