• Mr. Zhou has handled nearly 100 civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, such as the claim of several Chinese foreign trade companies against the Iraqi government after the Gulf War, the enforcement objection case between Wang and Beijing Jinbi Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (the Supreme People’s Court’s Guidance Case No. 156), Tianjin Raystone Taihe Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership v. Raystone (Beijing) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. for unfair competition, and the arbitration case concerning a share repurchase dispute between Beijing CRRC Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Beijing Heneng Times Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd.
