Zhijun ZHU

Mr. Zhu graduated from the Law Department of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Law degree in June 1998 and graduated from the Law School of Nanjing Normal University with a Master of Law degree in June 2005. He has over 21 years of experience in private equity and investment funds, compliance and investigation, and litigation and arbitration since 2001.

  • Provided special legal service for "Jiangsu Coastal Industry Investment Fund" (limited partnership) invested by an investment company in Nanjing, with an investment amount of CNY 300 million and a total fund size of CNY 10 billion

  • Provided special legal service for an investment company in Nanjing to establish "Nanjing New City Science and Technology Venture Capital Guidance Fund" (corporate type) with an investment amount of CNY 102 million and a total fund size of CNY 400 million

  • Provided special legal services for a Nanjing investment company's management of a guide fund to participate in the establishment of six venture capital funds (Nanjing Tianqi Amoeba Venture Capital Fund, Nanjing Innovation Red Earth Venture Capital Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Yida M&A Growth Equity Fund), with a total fund size of CNY 192 million and a total fund size of CNY 2377.14 million

  • Provided special legal service for Nanjing Hong Shi Venture Capital Co., with an investment amount of CNY 42 million and a fund size of CNY 300 million

  • Provided special legal service for an investment company in Nanjing to establish Nanjing Huijiang Venture Capital Fund Co., with an investment amount of CNY 40 million and a fund size of CNY 100 million

  • Provided legal services for an investment company in Nanjing to establish a direct investment fund company with a guide fund, with an investment amount of CNY 20 million and a fund size of CNY 50 million

  • Assisted a company to increase the capital of a company by convertible bonds of nearly 30 million, and obtained a follow-on investment of 25 million from Nanjing Industrial Development Fund, which had a significant impact on the guarantee industry in Nanjing

  • Assisted the client to integrate three exchanges in Jiangsu Province and, as the main sponsor shareholder, initiated the establishment of the only licensed financial asset exchange in Jiangsu Province with a paid-up registered capital of 100 million RMB, assisting the client to standardize the management structure and operation process of the trading venue

  • Provided legal services for a company to set up REITs, jointly with the Beijing and Shenzhen office teams

  • Provided legal services for a large enterprise debt restructuring project in Wuhan and Shanghai, jointly with Wuhan and Shanghai office team
