As recently reported by ALB, according to CSRC’s statistics, as of the end of October 2010, CSRC’s ChiNext Listing Committee has reviewed 192 applications, which were advised by 66 law firms in total, and 152 companies have received approval. Among such disclosed listings, Zhong Lun Law Firm has advised 13 companies on their applications and 12 of them have successfully received approvals. Zhong Lun ranks second in term of the market shares among the law firms, and ranks first in term of the success rate among the top six law firms in CSRC’s statistics.
