Two Zhong Lun Mandates Selected as "The Belt and Road” Representative Cases of Legal Services
Zhong Lun has two cases included in the 4th list of "The Belt and Road" Representative Cases of Legal Services published by the Legal Daily on February 15, 2022. The mandate led by Ms. Hairong Li where Zhong Lun assisted Qumei Home in an overseas acquisition through non-public fundraising was rated as a representative investment case, and the project headed by Mr. Jun Gao of assisting a corporation in response to an investigation initiated by the Office of Integrity and Anti-Corruption of the African Development Bank was named a representative case in compliance.

This year’s "The Belt and Road" Representative Cases of Legal Services list was finalized on the basis of hundreds of submissions, involving dispute resolution, compliance, investment and other practice areas, after deliberation and voting by the Expert Recommendation Committee of the Legal Daily.
