Bing Wang

Ms. Wang has long been providing legal services in bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial dispute resolution. In recent years, she has helped clients successfully complete reorganization and financing of many bankrupt large groups and listed companies, such as Shenji Group, Peking University Founder Group, the airport arm of HNA Group and its *ST Foundation, resolving their debt crisis through debt reorganization, bankruptcy reorganization, etc. Ms. Wang has also acted as bankruptcy administrator for many bankrupt enterprises as appointed by courts. She is good at coming up with innovative solutions for complex and difficult issues in bankruptcy and reorganization that cater to the specifics of each case, facilitating a win-win outcome for all stakeholders. Ms. Wang also has extensive experience in resolving disputes over corporate equity, investment and financing. As an arbitration lawyer, she has won many cases before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, the Beijing Arbitration Commission and other arbitral tribunals.
