Bing Wang
Ms. Wang has long been providing legal services in bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial dispute resolution. In recent years, she has helped clients successfully complete reorganization and financing of many bankrupt large groups and listed companies, such as Shenji Group, Peking University Founder Group, the airport arm of HNA Group and its *ST Foundation, resolving their debt crisis through debt reorganization, bankruptcy reorganization, etc. Ms. Wang has also acted as bankruptcy administrator for many bankrupt enterprises as appointed by courts.
