Kejun Guo, a partner of Zhong Lun, was ranked on ALB’s 2023 edition ALB China Top 15 Capital Markets Lawyers announced on March 20, 2023.
Mr. Guo graduated from Renmin University of China and Peking University, with a bachelor degree in economics and a master degree in law. With qualifications to practice law in China and New York State, He has worked at several well-known Chinese law firms and currently serves as an executive director of the Standing Council of China Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and member of the Legal Professional Committee under National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors. Previously, Mr. Guo also served as an adjunct professor at the Lawyer College of Renmin University of China.
Mr. Guo has a deep theoretical understanding of company law and securities law. His practice focuses on enterprise restructuring & domestic and foreign listings, M&A, private equity /investment funds, asset management, bond issuance, listing, etc. He has provided legal services to many large state-owned enterprises and financial institutions for their domestic and overseas restructurings and listings, and has worked on multiple innovative M&A and refinancing projects of listed companies. Mr. Guo has also been keenly involved in legislative discussions on private equity investment funds organized by relevant national departments and provided legal services for establishment of many large RMB equity investment funds.
As a veteran legal expert in the field of capital markets, Mr. Guo has been recognized and praised by his clients and peers for his efficient and pragmatic approach to work.
