Ms. Li has been providing legal services for the establishment of private equity funds, asset management plans, contractual type funds and other investment vehicles for many well-known institutions, including a number of renowned private equity investment institutions, securities companies, insurance companies, various types of FOFs, government guidance funds, state-owned enterprises, etc. She has assisted in the establishment of hundreds of RMB funds initiated by prestigious institutions such as the National Green Development Fund, Shanghai Biopharmaceuticals Fund, IDG Capital, Kaihui Fund and Denton Capital.
