On October 25, 2024, Asian Legal Business (ALB) announced the “2024 ALB China Regional Ranking: Yangtze River Delta Region” list. Zhong Lun was once again honored in the category of “Non-local Law Firms”, and Zhehao Zhou, partner of Zhong Lun, was awarded the “Rising Lawyers - Non-local Law Firms”.

Mr. Zhehao Zhou has over 14 years’ practice experience, specializing in in the areas of real estate investment and mergers & acquisitions, REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), asset management, commercial leasing, etc. By virtue of his thorough understanding of the legal environment and operation mechanisms in the real estate industry, along with rich practical experience and communication skills, Mr. Zhou excels in addressing the core business needs of clients. Mr. Zhou is adept at integrating legal resources from multiple fields to solve complex legal and practical challenges, providing clients with one-stop and all-round domestic and foreign transaction services. Based on his profound insights into the local market, Mr. Zhou designs and helps his clients implement feasible transaction structures to navigate complex commercial and regulatory environments, thereby safeguarding clients’ interests to the maximum extent.
As the legal counsel in charge, Mr. Zhou has successfully represented clients such as Link REIT, CapitaLand, AIA Life, Gaw Capital, and Tishman in several benchmark and mega-sized transactions. Representative transactions he led include CapitaLand’s acquisition of Shangpu Center and Beijing Suning Life Plaza, AIA’s acquisition of AIA Financial Center, Link REIT’s acquisition of Shanghai Qibao Vanke Plaza and Guangzhou Happy Valley, Noah Holdings’s acquisition of Shanghai Hongqiao Xindi Center, and NCI’s acquisition of a Shanghai-based high-end pension real estate project.
