On October 21, 2024, Asian Legal Business (ALB) announced its “2024 ALB China Top 15 Female Lawyers” list. Ms. Yan Gao, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, was featured on the list.
With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years, Ms. Gao has cultivated a wealth of expertise in various sectors, including energy and resources, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment., Her practice covers matters ranging from investment, financing, and mergers and acquisitions in Chinese and overseas energy industries such as oil and gas, new energy, and power, to foreign direct investment, domestic and cross-border asset and equity transactions, infrastructure, and construction projects.
