On September 12, 2025, the award ceremony of Asian Legal Business (ALB) "Hong Kong Law Awards 2025" was held in Hong Kong. Zhong Lun Law Firm was awarded "Tax and Trusts Law Firm of the Year", and the firm’s mandate " MIXUE Hong Kong IPO" won "Equity Market Deal of the Year".

MIXUE Group Ltd. (stock abbreviation: MIXUE Group; stock code: 02097.HK) is a leading ready-to-drink beverage enterprise. It focuses on providing consumers with high-quality, affordable ready-to-make fruit drinks, tea drinks, ice cream, and coffee, with an average unit price of approximately CNY 6 (about USD 1). Zhong Lun Law Firm has been providing legal services to MIXUE Group since 2017. In this successful listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the firm served as the PRC legal counsel to the issuer, offering full-process and multi-dimensional legal services to MIXUE Group, which has been highly recognized by the client and all parties involved.
This project was led by partner Mingjun Chang, who participated in the entire process with in-depth engagement. The signing lawyers handling this project were partner William Jia and non-equity partner Shiyong Tang.
