The ALB In-House Legal Summit of Korean Enterprises was held on March 5, 2008 in Seoul. Representing Zhong Lun, Jiang Zhe and Xu Yun-he attended the meeting and gave a speech on the topic of “Studies of Laws" and “Policies for M&A of Chinese Companies by Foreign Investors", elaborating main legal issues and case studies in foreign investment and M&A in China.
The meeting was a gathering of top in-house counsels and senior managements of major Korean companies, including Samsung, SK, LG, POSCO, KUMMO, STX, HANA BANK. Some famous law firms such as Heller Ehrman, SHIN&KIM also attended.
