Simon Cheong has joined Zhonglun as an of counsel working in our Beijing Office. Mr. Cheong’s practices include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign direct investment, banking and financing.
Mr. Cheong graduated from Sydney University with a LLB degree and a Bachelor degree in Economics. Cheong has been admitted to practice in New York State, England and Wales, Hong Kong and New South Wales, Australia. Mr. Cheong has participated in a number of investment or financing projects of IFC.
