Mr. Yi Xue has joined Zhonglun as a partner working in our Beijing Office. Mr. Xue’s practices include merger and acquisition, anti-trust, foreign direct investment and securities.
Mr. Xue graduated from Peking University, with a LLB and LLM Degree.
Mr. Xue has helped a number of multi-national companies file with the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration of Industry and Commerce with regard to anti-trust examinations in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Xue’s clients include Citigroup, Sumitomo, and Fuji Xerox.
