Mr.Guan-chun Dai has joined Zhonglun as a partner working in our Beijing Office. Mr Dai’s practices include real property, corporate and securities.
Mr. Dai graduated from Peking University and the University of Virginia Law School, with a LLB degree and LLM degree respectively. Mr. Dai has been admitted to practice in China and New York State of the United States.
Mr. Dai has advised a number of large multi-national and local companies on their IPOs and listings in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange or other markets. He also advised clients on commercial real estate investments. His clients include China Telecom, China Resources, and China National Offshore Oil Corp.
