Mr. Wilson Wei Huo, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Beijing office, made a speech at the Investment and Trade Policy Clarification Seminar co-sponsored by the Washington State Department of Commerce from the U.S.A. and Tianjin Commission of Commerce in Tianjin on April 20, 2010.
Based on overseas arbitration cases which were represented by the law firm in the past year, Mr. Huo shared his experience in overseas arbitration with all participants. He emphasized issues of selecting arbitration institutions and entering into arbitration clauses from the aspects of legal risk prevention and dispute resolution. Mr. Huo’s speech was warmly welcomed by the attending enterprises.
