Zhong Lun Law Firm Beijing office has successfully held an outward bound training for newcomers in suburban areas on April 23 to 25, 2010. Training courses were aimed at helping them develop passion for and confidence in the legal practice. Collaboration in the office was also emphasized in the training.
Newcomers were also trained on how to enhance skills and prevent risks in legal practice. The law firm’s managing partner Zhang Xuebing chaired the training and shared his extensive experience in the area. Participating lawyers also expressed their views on the training.
